1. Eligibility

  • EduPlus.pk provides online educational services primarily for students of Pre-9th to 12th class and affiliated technical programs.

  • Students under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to register and use our services.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

  • If you believe your account has been compromised, notify EduPlus immediately.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use EduPlus.pk only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute course material without permission.

  • Misuse the platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

  • Disrupt the website, attempt hacking, or upload harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.).

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Some courses and services may require payment. All fees must be paid in advance through approved channels.

  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or special circumstances determined at EduPlus’s discretion.

  • EduPlus.pk reserves the right to change pricing, packages, or offers at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website content, course materials, videos, graphics, and software belong to EduPlus.pk and are protected under copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

  • Students may use materials only for personal educational purposes.

6. Student Data & Privacy

  • By using our services, you agree that EduPlus.pk may collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Parents/guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s data.

7. Third-Party Services

  • EduPlus.pk may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, board affiliations).

  • EduPlus is not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • EduPlus.pk provides services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or guaranteed outcomes.

  • EduPlus is not responsible for exam results, board approvals, internet disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduPlus.pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to EduPlus.pk if:

  • You violate these Terms or misuse our services.

  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

  • You fail to make required payments.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
